Jip Jop has been invited to perform at SXSW 2012 as part of AEMMP Records‘ official day party!

  We cannot wait to get back to Austin.  This time Final Fight Family will be joining us.

We will also be performing at an upcoming event for AEMMP’ s hip-hop division.

 It is the opening night for Columbia’s Urban Music Association “Balancing Acts” music conference.

Ichiro Hino:

Already spending about half year since my previous music video “5 A.M.” of The Avantist was released, finally I can announce releasing of this new music video “Pluto’s Still A Planet to Me” for a Jazz / Hip-Hop / R&B mixture-band, JIP JOP in here. Releasing this video, first please let me take small time making personal statement to dedicate this video for all of people who stuck or feel powerless in this challenging life.

 

Especially I personally would like to dedicate this video for all of people in Japan since March 11th 2011, the biggest earthquake and Tsunami hit.

Now passing about 5 months since the tragedy, the aftershock is still lasting to hit in Japan. People still live with the fear, however they are hanging on to recover their nation. When I heard the news,

I remember I was in middle of this video production.

I had a time to ask myself weather or not I should stop this production at moment. However as an artist and a creator of this video, I felt that just continuing to create and complete this project with the effort and passion would mean something cheering and supporting the people in Japan across the sea no matter where I am.

Because of this time, I hope this video will encourage those people standing up with the own power and strongly living with confidence in their challenging life. And I wish that my work for any future projects from now will help them as my long-term support.

 

In this video, it follows process of three art-productions by three talented artists.

It has the universal

theme. Working harder with big effort and strong heart for any difficulty and new challenge will eventually lead you to get in the own confidential zone and growing up at same time.

It’s like your “pluto” might keep to be swelled bigger by your effort inside yourself, and it would be a sign of positive result if you could hear sound of pop…

We are exited to announce that on August 27th we will be making our debut at Chicago’s

House of Blues!

 We’ll be showcased as part of the Elbo Room’s I AM Fest

(Independent Art and Music Festival) along with several other great artists.

We really need the support from our fans as early ticket sales determine lineup

amount of talent that will be.
